Policy and Procedures

Please note that we do NOT completely COPY other artist’s creations. Our goal is to take design elements that you like, and create a one-of-a-kind cake especially for you.  So if you’re attaching photos, please tell us exactly what you like about the photos you’re referencing. We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all custom cake orders.

In order to schedule your cake on your event date a 50 percent non-refundable retainer is required. Without the this, we would not be able to hold your date has priority will be given to paying customer. 

All final payments are due 2 days prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date the cake may be cancelled. 

Refunds are not provided for any reason. Due to our full schedule and our attention to detail, we spend many hours planning and preparing before even beginning on a cake.  Should an exceptional circumstance occur, a credit will be issued. 

Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. We are not liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up.

If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the building. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily. Drive carefully and slowly. 

Wedding and custom cakes are designed to serve the number of people you specify. Our cake serving size is 1" x 2". If you are serving larger slices of cake and run out, we are not responsible to provide additional cake.

We offer products with nuts, soy, milk, eggs and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.
